Partner with us – Corporates

Kids are the future - let's work together to make a difference for them! Explore the possibilities for collaboration in line with UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 - Quality Education.

Why Saturday Kids?

Our Philosophy

  • We believe in coding to learn, not learning to code. Our classes are designed to encourage self-exploration and cultivate creative confidence. We strive to create active creators with code, rather than passive users of technology. When you partner with us, you also align with UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 – Quality Education.

Our Experience

  • Founded in 2012 as Singapore’s first coding school for kids, our pedagogy and curriculum undergo constant iteration. So far, we’ve reached over 7,000 students through our holiday camps and not-for-profit classes for kids from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Our People

  • Our team comprises educators, parents, creatives, change-makers, and more, who strive to create a learning experience that is centered on play & fun – allowing kids to develop an intrinsic desire to learn. We aren’t afraid of allowing our inner child to shine so we can view and experience the world alongside our students.

How can we collaborate?

1. Direct to Learners program

Sponsor an educational program for your beneficiaries of choice. Beneficiary groups we’ve worked with previously include children from low income families, children in developing countries, and girls in tech.

Saturday Kids can provide coding & robotics classes by designing an educational program, recruiting trainers, and procuring equipment as well as venue space as needed.

The scale and duration of the program is entirely customizable.

Recommended for: Companies looking to expend their Corporate Social Responsibility in line with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 – Quality Education.

2. Train-the-Trainer Programs

Our corporate partners identify a pool of trainer candidates that you wish for Saturday Kids to train (e.g. aspiring female coding instructors). Saturday Kids to conduct a training program to equip the selected candidates necessary teaching & coding skills to succeed in the classroom!

The scale and duration of the program is entirely customizable.

Recommended for: Companies looking to expend their Corporate Social Responsibility in line with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 – Quality Education.

3. Train your Team

Saturday Kids can conduct a training program for your staff so they could teach coding in-house to their own kids or other stakeholders of your choice.

The scale and duration of the program is entirely customizable.

Recommended for: Companies looking to build culture, collaboration and community within their organisation.

4. Employee Benefit Program

Partner with us to offer our programming & robotics programs as part of your employee benefit program for a discount.

Recommended for: Companies seeking to expand and strengthen benefits for their employees who are parents.

Saturday Kids is an active supporter of Sustainable Development Goal 4 – Quality Education.

Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4) was created to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.

Saturday Kids is currently working with Google and IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority, a statutory board under the Singapore government) on a social impact program called Code in the Community, a digital literacy program in which underprivileged and at-risk kids age 8-15 in Singapore receive free coding classes. We hope to be able to offer a similar program here in Japan in the near future that will allow all Japanese kids regardless of background access to a quality education.
